CSEI provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems supporting the innovative superconducting magnet’s operations at the Powell Family Structures and Materials Laboratory on UF’s East Campus. The team’s design included utility connections, control systems, backup power integration, and a new cooling tower system—complete with all necessary piping and controls—to deliver the process cooling water required for the magnetic system’s operation.
