CSEI provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection design for the replacement of three CHW/Steam 100% outside air units. New Direct Digital Controls (DDC) and existing duct/piping were replaced within the existing mechanical rooms. Changes were made to the existing general power systems to supply power to the new equipment loads. Modifications were made to the locations of existing fire protection heads and piping to maintain coverage following unit layout changes. Additionally, a new stormwater intake drain was added.
