CSEI served as the prime professional for this unique project with UF IFAS which provides 8 new packaged grow rooms for research on this existing site. CSEI coordinated not only the MEP design but also subcontracted the Civil Engineering and Architectural consultants to assist in contracting simplicity and to expedite the design coordination. This project will serve as a prototype for potential other sites where indoor grow space is needed without needing to construct new buildings on site.
