CSEI worked with BFrank Studio to provide a complete overhaul of this existing 1960s era building at UF to serve as the new office of UF Environmental Health & Safety. In addition to the complexity of working in such a dated building and having to completely recreate the MEPF systems, there was an added level of responsibility and honor to designing a building for the Building Official at UF, knowing that their office should be a template for Code compliance and best practices in every system. This was a great project that transformed an unused building on campus into a thriving office for EH&S staff.
