Project Manager

Campbell Spellicy Engineering is full-service Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design and consulting firm specializing in commercial, educational, and institutional construction projects. We focus on simple, efficient, and reliable systems that improve the lives of those who depend on them.

Our team is looking for a full-time Project Manager to join our team.  

What we’re looking for:

• BS Degree, mechanical or electrical engineering, project or construction management.

• Familiarity with construction projects in the pre-design, design, and post-design stages.

• Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.

• Attention to detail and time management.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Ability to work with a team of different backgrounds and knowledge levels.

What would make you stand out:

• Mechanical and/or electrical design background.

What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project phases.

• Develop project schedules, monitor project progress, collect key project data, identify potential issues, and present project updates.

• Support design execution during Design phase.

• Track comments and responses during Construction phase.

• Attend onsite and virtual project meetings.
