We're excited to welcome Eduardo and Cristina to The CSEI Team!

  • Eduardo Mora joins us for his first internship with CSEI as a Mechanical Intern. He is currently a fifth year Mechanical Engineering student at UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering

  • Cristina Cabada joins the team as our first ever Content Creator. She brings a blend of expertise with her BS in Political Science from UF and Masters in Fashion Design from IED in Madrid, Spain.

  • Congratulations to our incredible interns—Evan Baesler, Logan McGan, and Sam Lenhardt—our “You Rock Our Values” winners, recognized for exemplifying Growth and Service. 

  • We’re also thrilled to announce some major milestones within our team: Stewart Taylor has officially stepped into his new role as Project Manager, and Hunter Kastensmidt, our Lead Mechanical Engineer, has earned his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Huge congratulations to both of you on these well-deserved accomplishments!

  • Our leadership team recently concluded a dynamic Mid-Year Strategic Planning and Overview session, reviewing our progress on the 1-year plan and charting exciting paths for future growth. 

Fostering team connections

The CSEI Team came together this spring to celebrate our progress and reinforce the bonds that drive our collective success.

  • To wrap up Quarter 1, the team headed to Canyons Zip Line & Adventure Park in Ocala, Florida, where we enjoyed a day of adventure featuring horseback riding, zip lining, and a team lunch. It was the perfect way to kick off the year!

  • At the close of Quarter 2, we slowed things down for a more creative and cozy experience, making candles at Pinspiration and sharing a delicious lunch at Las Carretas. This activity gave us a chance to connect on a different level—and left us smelling amazing!

Through intentional team building, we continue to deepen connections, strengthen collaboration, and amplify our collective impact.
