CSEI provided MEPF design services for this new 2 story government office building facility with minor renovations to the existing single-story building. New packaged DX split HVAC systems were designed to provide heating, cooling, and Code minimum ventilation for all areas with enhanced dehumidification controls. The custom HVAC for this building includes programmable thermostat for control to fit the user group’s needs. New electrical power service and infrastructure was designed to supply all new loads. Personalized LED lighting systems include digital controls with occupancy sensors and dimming to be used at the user groups disposal. The plumbing design added new domestic water and sanitary/vent piping systems for the entire building as well as a new domestic hot water system with recirculating pump and hot water return piping. Finally new plumbing fixtures for all restrooms, break room and laundry spaces were included.
