CSEI provided professional engineering services for the design of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for a new construction of a recreational center including pool, gym, game, bowling, dining and office spaces. New DX HVAC systems were designed for the entire building to provide heating, cooling and dehumidification of all spaces. New general and chlorine exhaust system were provided as required by code. A new pool room unit to serve enclosed pool includes design of new ductwork and grilles to prevent corrosion. New electrical service was provided and sized to supply all new loads for mechanical equipment. New LED lighting was provided for all areas. Code required fire alarm system was included. New domestic cold water and sanitary piping services were provided with a new domestic hot water heating system with recirculating pump.
