Mechanical Designer

Our team is looking for a full-time Mechanical Designer to join our team.  

We welcome applications from recent graduates with no previous experience in the industry. CSEI provides hands-on training from our skilled team of designers and professional engineers.

What we’re looking for:

  • BS Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Systems Engineering

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit.

  • Ability to work with a team of different backgrounds and knowledge levels.

  • Attention to detail and time management.

  • Good communication and listening skills

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design mechanical systems for new construction and renovation projects.

  • Use of AutoCAD and Revit for development of 2D and 3D design documents.

  • Coordination of multiple project workflows progressing at different phases simultaneously.

  • Site visits for design coordination and surveying of existing buildings.

  • Collaboration with Engineers of other disciplines, Architects, Vendors, Owners, and Clients.

  • Must be capable of individual time management to meet internal and external deadlines.
