Luke’s New York Bagels

CSEI designed the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems for the remodel of an existing building into Luke’s New York Bagels new brick and mortar location. The scope of this project included the dinning space, counter, commercial kitchen and bathrooms. A primary focus of this project was to minimize the budget while maximizing how much equipment could be reused. Equally as important was the fast-paced and tight schedule, making it possible for this location to open as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality of design.
