CSEI provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for this new sanctuary/classroom building for LifeSpring church. In coordination with Shatkin Architecture we worked as design-build partners with Forge Integrated to deliver this project for the Owner within an aggressive budget and expedited design schedule to assist in overall permitting and construction efficiency.
Even with a tight budget, we were able to provide optimized value by utilizing semi-custom HVAC systems that, while more custom than off-the-shelf systems, actually proved more cost effective based on the configurability and trade-offs that were possible with selection of more exact capacities and controls sequences that save both first cost and life cycle energy costs for the Owner.
