CSEI provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services for Campus USA’s Credit Union renovation of a 3,750 sq ft building. This building is comprised of a working lobby, offices and a drive thru bank window and ATM. The HVAC design implemented new split system AC units to provide code-required ventilation as well as space cooling and heating. New exhaust systems were provided for sanitary areas, including restrooms and janitor spaces. All of the above systems were designed with new fully ducted supply and return duct systems. 

Our Electrical design team modified existing general power and data/low voltage system devices to meet new needs. All existing lights were replaced with LED lighting throughout the building. 

Our plumbing design reconfigured all existing domestic water and sanitary piping systems to serve new fixtures. A new water heater was provided to resupply the main hot water piping loop.
