The Assa Abloy Alachua Warehouse project consisted of conditioning an existing warehouse shell space to accommodate the new tenant needs and demands. The renovation was focused on the already existing electrical infrastructure and service equipment to provide the client's new suite inside the existing warehouse with their own new electrical service, meter, and electrical equipment. New equipment included: electrical panels, transformers, and disconnects. In addition, the team provided the special electrical requirements for equipment, such as rivet machines, forklifts, wrap machines, and scales, necessary for the client's day-to-day processes.
The renovation also consisted of new HVAC for the warehouse and office spaces in which several exhaust fans, mini-split units, and unit heaters were provided. New LED lighting and lighting controls were provided throughout the warehouse and office areas, as well, as general power for these spaces. Finally, a new telecom and security systems were also provided.
