UFIT Building 800 Renovation

The Problem:
UFIT sought to build out an entire floor of this recently constructed shell building to house 150+ of their staff.
Working with our architectural partner, TTV Architects, CSEI coordinated with the existing HVAC and electrical system infrastructure provided by the Landlord and modify as required to deliver a state-of-the-art office space for UFIT to combine the pragmatic reliability of very simple HVAC controls and system components with modern LED lighting to complement the architectural vision for the space.
Our Solution:
Our history with the UF Project Manager, key User group personnel, Architect, UF’s AV/Technology staff allowed CSEI to hit the ground running with known design standards for and focus detailed efforts on ensuring coordination with the Architectural features and User-provided furniture and equipment.
