Campbell Spellicy Engineering was founded in 2001 by Art Campbell and was centered around simply doing what was right, both for his clients and his employees. In 2016, Kevin Spellicy (originally an intern in 2007) transitioned to full ownership. With extensive reading and research on business culture and servant leadership, Kevin began to formalize a culture and organizational structure that could ensure work-life balance, growth opportunities, and the sense of purpose that were central to his experience as an employee of the firm originally.
