The Problem:

Clay Electric sought to build a new district office in Keystone Heights as a reuse of a building design previously used at several other sites, but this would be the first project with CSEI as Engineer of Record.

Because the Owner was treating this as a reuse fee, but our Architectural client could not justify the additional fees of changing to a new Engineer, CSEI agreed to perform the work for the agreed-upon reuse fee rate.

Our Solution:

Without sacrificing the scope of services, our level of service, or responsiveness, CSEI was able to deliver this project for a greatly reduced reuse fee due to the efficiency of our design and project management processes.
